3. Fraud: By becoming a member, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use of this site. Please note that your membership can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by www.eHermon.com in its sole discretion. If membership has been revoked, www.eHermon.com reserves the right to refuse application or readmission to the membership program.

The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. 11. Third-Party Services. We allow access to or advertise third-party merchant sites ("Merchants") from which you may purchase or otherwise obtain certain goods or services. You understand that we do not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and Merchants. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF SUCH MERCHANTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY US, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND MERCHANTS OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON MERCHANT SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO OUR SITE.
12. Third-Party Merchant Policies. All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will apply to you while on such sites. We are not responsible for information provided by you to Merchants. We and the Merchants are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.
13. Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.
14. Payments. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.
15. Return and Refund Policy. The return policy governs any purchase made through our ehermon.com retail website. Ehermon offers a 3 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival (DOA) at your location. Customer's returned item must meet the requirements stated below in order for us to accept it.
    
        * Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This also applies to defective items.
        * Any item lost in the mail will not be responsible by ehermon.
        * For Item becomes defective beyond the 3 days of receipt, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. Buyer should be aware that merchandize sold at ehermon.com is parallel imported item, therefore it does not come with any manufacture warranty. In some product, we do offer extensive warranty services. If this service is offered, it will indicate on the item's product page.
    
    All returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee (There will not be restocking fee on defective items).
    All returns, for any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.
    Returned item must be double boxed, customer should not adhere any labels or postage on the product's packaging.
    Before you return your items, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will not be accepted by ehermon. You, the customer, assume all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our office.
    Please include the following information when returning an item:
    
        * Your RMA number on your invoice (Do not write on the items box. If so, the package will not be accepted even if it is not defective).
        * A copy of your original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box).
        * A note stating the problem if you would like the return for replacement or exchange.
    
    Note: Ehermon will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service. Also note that shipping fees and insurance are NON-Refundable. In certain cases, there might be other miscellaneous fees pertaining to your order which are also non-fundable.

19. Verify Members' Address:  www.eHermon.com reserves the right to contact a Member via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Member's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the Member with the information he or she requested from www.eHermon.com.
20. Additional charges. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.  Additionally, when ordering from eHermon.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.  Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type.
